10 km - 21 km

Ready to Go a little further? If you’re thinking about building up to a half marathon, there are some key things to keep in mind: Be careful not to overdo it in the beginning. Start out moderate, but Be Consistent. We can design a plan that helps you to build your fitness the smart way, reducing your chance of burnout and helping you to reach your goals.

30km - 42km

There are a handful of 30-35km trail races out there that are a great for getting a test of an Ultra Marathon. Trail makes it harder, as you are combining running and strength, as well as endurance. It’s a lot to think about - but with a great coach by your side, you CAN do it.
